Tuesday May 18th
Big mama going for an amniocentesis to make sure lungs are developed enough before c-section.
I was having contractions since the night before so I knew I would be having my baby regardless of the results.
Dang that hurt!!! the baby moved during the amnio which made the doctor move the needle and it hurt!!!
I was told I had to fast after breakfast before the amnio which wasn't until 3:45 They didn't do it until 5ish. When I asked the doctor why I had to fast he said "uh...you didn't have to fast who told you that?" WHAT!!?? I called down there the night before and they said to fast. :(




Amnio came back good but I was contracting even more so I was admitted and stayed overnight scheduled for a sec at 10:30 Wednesday morning May 19th.
Well it was also my birthday and I had been fasting since breakfast so my honey got me some Cheesecake factory for a late dinner and got me the BEST chocolate truffle cake I ever had.

well he ended up having a little trouble breathing and needed extra oxygen in the NICU they used this netting to hold the mask in place. He stayed overnight until Thursday afternoon.
He also needed an I.V. and a bunch more wires and monitors.






This was the first time I got to touch him, Wednesday afternoon
