My Ta Ta's hurt
So today I went cold turkey with weaning Ryder from breastfeeding.
It it's not easy!
Boy does it hurt!!!
I have to start some meds that I can't nurse while on them.
(They will help thicken my uterine walls so I can get
pregnant again and hopefully not miscarry ,again)
I was hoping to stop soon anyhow because he bites too much!!!
He thinks he needs to chew his milk :)
At least he is starting to take the bottle, he would refuse it from me before.
It is really breaking my heart:(

oh that face breaks my heart! I had to do that with Ella because of medicine too (for a different reason). It bites! HA HA

Weaning can be so hard! Katie absolutely refused the bottle. And when she was about 7 months old, I had my gallbladder taken out. Since I couldn't nurse her all day, I figured I'd just try to wean her. Did NOT work! She went on a hunger strike and so I finally caved in and started feeding her again. At 13 months she finally went straight to sippy cups and milk.
Mase on the other hand, was a breeze to wean.
I'm sorry your in pain :(. And Ryder will soon be great at the bottle.
